We want to assure you that we take our responsibility to keep your information confidential very seriously.

Any payment information you enter on the Piper's Piece website is encrypted and held remotely on a secure server, accessed only by our confidential password. This encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. This means that your details are coded in such a way that, in the extremely unlikely event that someone is somehow able to obtain this information, they will not be able to interpret it to obtain your credit card information.

Once we have processed your credit card information it is deleted immediately. Your credit card details are never downloaded from the secure server or held on our computer.

It is also worth noting that if your credit or debit card is used fraudulently most banks and card issuers will not hold you responsible for any of the charges.

If you are still uncertain about giving your credit card details on the internet, then you can still order from us. Proceed with your order as normal, and when asked for your payment method either choose cheque or credit card (over phone). Then simply send your cheque in the post or ring us with your credit card details. (Note: If you enter your telephone number we will ring you and save you the cost of the call).
